They explore the ICSID/UNCITRAL Draft Code of Conduct with a focus on article 8 and the steps stakeholders (including arbitrators themselves) can take to address concerns over arbitrator availability. They also discuss progress made since the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge was drawn up five years ago.
