The conversation explores the definitions of the metaverse and Web3, what disputes are likely to arise in and from both, how these disputes may differ from disputes as we know them, the dispute resolution mechanisms that could or should be applicable to these concepts, and lastly, whether arbitration proceedings could ever take place in the metaverse.
